Custom Poker Chips
Let’s make poker chips look better and more appealing to customers! If you’re a poker game fan, you probably enjoy using chips while playing cards with family or friends. Chips in different colors can make the game more fun.
Traditionally, poker chips only have values printed on them, like $5, $25, or $50. To save on printing costs, they usually don’t have complex, colorful designs. But now, with Suntrix UV printers, there’s a fresh idea for custom poker chips!
Thanks to digital printing, you can print your desired designs and logos directly on the chips. The cured UV ink ensures vibrant, long-lasting colors that are scratch-resistant and waterproof. A fully customized set of printed poker chips makes an excellent gift for anyone who loves playing cards. It’s perfect for adding a personal touch to your poker games!
UV printed Poker Chips
Preparation:
Start by printing circle position frames on the table. The number of circles depends on how many poker chips you plan to print. For example, you can arrange 9 poker chips on the printer bed for small runs. For larger production, like with our A3 model, you can fit up to 120 chips at once.
Software Setup:
- Create your design in Illustrator or Photoshop.
- Import the design into Riprint software.
- Use layers to first print the alignment circles for accuracy.
- Once aligned, turn off the circle layer and enable the graphic layer for the final print.
Alignment:
Before printing the full batch, do a test print on two poker chips (top-left and bottom-right) to confirm everything lines up perfectly.
Printing:
Printing a batch of 120 poker chips takes about 5 minutes. You can print the same design on all chips or customize each one with different designs.
