In 2023, we launched an ultra-mini model with a printing size equivalent to an A4 sheet, offering our customers more options. Despite its compact size, it can print on a wide range of products, such as phone cases, keychains, LEGO bricks, pens, cards, and more. As our smallest A4 UV Printer model, it also comes with the most affordable price, allowing you to bring it home without a large budget. It’s perfect for small-batch customization and home-based business customization.

The standout feature of the Suntrix A4 UV Printer is that, despite its low price, it retains the same high-quality components as our other models. This includes the XP600 print head, mainboard, and more, ensuring premium performance without compromising on quality.

XP600 Head

Compared to other A4 UV printers on the market, we have replaced the L800 and R1390 print heads with the XP600. This upgrade delivers faster printing speeds and a longer lifespan. The 3.5PL dot size ensures more vibrant display effects, and the maximum resolution reaches up to 2880 DPI.

White Ink Stirring

To prevent print head clogging, we’ve equipped the white ink tank with a motor. Once the machine is powered on, the motor continuously stirs the white ink, preventing sedimentation and uneven mixing. This ensures no impurities flow into the print head, effectively avoiding clogs.

Ink Capping Device

To ensure precise positioning of the print head, the carriage and capping station are designed as an integrated unit. When the machine is powered off, the carriage automatically resets, and the capping station rises to tightly seal the print head. This design keeps the print head moist during downtime, prevents air from entering, and avoids clogging caused by dried ink.
